Sony SRS-XE300 Wireless Speaker

Share the joy with the spread sound

The XE300 speaker shares the same sound experience with everyone in your venue, all from a durable and portable speaker with an impressive battery life. The XE300 speaker spreads the sound around, so that everyone at your party can feel the same sound.

Wider sound for better parties

The XE300 has a Line-Shape Diffuser that will help your sound reach further than ever. Plus, with its portable size and 24-hour battery life, its the perfect partner for your next party.

Introducing the Line-Shape Diffuser

Inspired by the audio systems used at professional concerts, Sonys unique Line-Shape Diffuser creates line source and distributes the sound energy much more evenly, across a wide sound front, to better fill your venue with audio. This spreads high-quality sound further and wider around your venue, without compromising on sound quality.

What is the X-Balanced Speaker Unit?

Unlike the circular diaphragm in a conventional speaker unit, the newly developed X-Balanced Speaker Unit in the XE300 features a non-circular diaphragm which realises more sound pressure for a high-quality sound.

The units non-circular shape not only maximises the area of speaker diaphragm, increasing sound pressure for more punchy bass, it also reduces driver excursion while maintaining the same sound pressure, resulting in less distortion.

In addition, the units off-centre design and optimised weight balance help to enhance clarity and widen the sound stage.

Dual passive radiators

Dual passive radiators reproduce powerful bass notes.

Water wont stop you

The XE300 is waterproof and even salt water resistant, so youll have no worries by the sea or the pool, and theres no problem washing it either.

* If the surface of the system gets dirty, do not use detergent, thinner, benzine, alcohol, etc. to clean and do not brush the system. Whether you can completely wash it off or not, depends on the dirt or stain.

Dont worry about dust

With an IP67 rating, your speaker is sealed against dust, so you can use it on any surface, whether you decide to take it to the beach, the park or the garden.

* The unit, with the cap fastened securely, has a waterproof specification of IPX7*1 as specified in Degree of protection against water immersion of the IEC60529 Ingress Protection Rating (IP Code), and a dustproof specification of IP6X*2 as specified in Degrees of protection against solid foreign objects.*1 IPX7 equivalency: The speaker has been tested to and maintains its operability when gently submersed in water to a depth of 1 m and left for 30 minutes.*2 IP6X equivalency: The speaker has been tested to and continues to block dust after stirring for 8 hours in a testing device which contains dust particles that are up to 75 m in diameter.

Party harder than ever

The XE300 has undergone extensive shock testing to make sure it can withstand the inevitable knocks, bumps and scrapes that come with everyday use. Even if you drop it, the XE300 will keep on working.

* The system passes the drop test from 1.22 m on plywood of 5 cm thickness conforming to MIL-STD 810 H Method 516.8-Shock.

* This does not guarantee no damage, no breakdown, or waterproof and dustproof performance in all conditions. Deformation or damage from dropping the system or subjecting it to mechanical shock may cause deterioration of the waterproof and dustproof performance.

24-hour battery and Ambient Noise Sensing

The XE300 will give you 24-hours of play when the battery is fully charged, that means that a single charge should be long enough to power through any party. And Sonys unique mic sensing technology, Ambient Noise Sensing, helps save battery when used outside.

* When in STAMINA mode, and the volume level is set to 34. Actual performance may vary from the listed time due to the volume, songs played, surrounding temperature, and usage conditions.

* Compared with the case without using Ambient Noise Sensing technology, it realizes 1 hour longer battery life at maximum when the volume level is set to the maximum.

Charge up in a hurry

If you find yourself a little short of time, dont worry. Quick charging will give you 70-minutes of play on just a 10-minute charge.
